April 14, 2012 Tornado Outbreak – Debris Ball Radar Loops

Two tornadic cells tearing through Oklahoma and Kansas produced debris ball signatures on Doppler radar… at one point they were occurring at the same time! A debris ball signature is a small area of reflectivity created when the tornado is kicking debris up into the air.
